Stuart recently wrote to David Davis, the Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union to raise the concerns of constituents since the referendum result.
In the letter, Stuart raised Article 50, the future of EU migrants, funding for research and how the public can have their say moving forward.
Stuart commented:
While I appreciate that some of my constituents held a different view to me in the referendum, I will always represent their views moving forward. I want to make sure that people have as much information as possible regarding the nature of our exit and any future relationship we have with Europe. It is especially important that any news is communicated with clearly to everyone.
A copy of the letter can be downloaded below, and the Secretary of State's response will be made available once it has been received.
