- Discrimination or slurs of any kind
- Excessive, repeated, or disruptive contact that affects our ability to help others
- Attempts to contact staff outside of work channels or share their personal information
If this behaviour occurs, we may:
- Restrict or end contact
- Communicate only in writing
- Block telephone numbers or email addresses
- Report incidents to the police
We are here to help, but only in a respectful and safe environment.
